1. Booking & Payment

All bookings require valid phone verification (OTP).
Pricing is transparent and shown before confirmation. Taxes/fees may apply.
A government-issued ID may be required at pickup.

2. Rental Period & Usage

Rental starts at the agreed start date/time and ends at return.
Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
Unauthorized racing, stunts, or off-roading are prohibited.

3. Damage, Loss & Liability

You are responsible for any damage or traffic violations during the rental.
Report accidents immediately to the owner and local authorities.
Lost items are not the responsibility of Marine Drive Rentals.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be requested at least 12 hours prior to start time.
Refunds depend on owner policy and elapsed time.
No-shows may be charged up to one day’s rental.

5. Safety & Equipment

Helmets are mandatory for motorcycles and recommended for bicycles.
Check brakes, lights, and tires before riding.
Follow weather advisories near the beach and hills.
